An automation technology company. We build the software that takes over manual finance and operations work — offered as a managed service or deployed for you to own. Built by a CPA who runs it on his own books first.
Named jobs, not buzzwords. Each one runs on real data, with a human approval step where it matters.
Bank activity pulled, categorized, and matched against the ledger daily — across Canada's big five banks, automatically.
Invoices read, matched, and coded, with a human approval step. One AP pipeline caught an $86K duplicate before it was paid.
Monthly investor distributions calculated, documented, and pushed to the investor portal — accurate and on schedule, every period.
Rent collection, arrears follow-up, and statutory notices drafted and tracked, so nothing slips and every step is logged.
Private benchmarking tools that turn scattered data into a clear view — like the seniors-housing pricing dashboard.
We keep what we build running — hosting, monitoring, and fixes when a bank or system changes, with a human on call.
We sit with how the work is actually done today, by hand, and find where automation pays off.
We build it against your real data and run it until it produces a clean result you can trust.
We host and run it for you as a managed service, or deploy the software into your own stack. Either way it is wrapped in the controls an auditor expects.

Arivu Robotics is an automation technology company founded by Mithulan Perinpanayagam, CPA, CA. He co-founded and runs a private real estate fund operating 350+ residential units, and built its entire finance back office in-house — from bank reconciliation to investor reporting. He also sits on the board of Meta Centre, a non-profit operating 28 residences across the GTA. We build our own software and run it on our own books before anyone else does.
Replaced a paid reconciliation tool with our own pipeline that reconciles activity across Canada's big five banks against the property ledger every day.
An accounts-payable system flagged a duplicate invoice for $86,000 before it was paid — the kind of error manual review misses.
